Join us as an Industrial Maintenance Technician at Mauser Packaging Solutions

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at Mauser Packaging Solutions. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and ensuring safety standards are met to keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Follow all work instructions and safety policies, including the use of PPE and safety equipment
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Repair mechanical components and replace parts such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges, and switches
• Observe and listen to mechanical devices to identify issues
• Dismantle devices to access and replace defective parts
• Lubricate and clean machinery to maintain standards
• Complete work orders to enhance safety, reduce downtime, and improve quality and efficiency
• Adhere to safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout procedures, and maintain a safe work environment
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance within a manufacturing setting or equivalent training
• Ability to interpret manuals, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
• Proficiency with precision measuring devices
• Basic understanding of systems and troubleshooting skills
• Mathematical skills for calculations involving decimals and fractions
• Professional attitude, responsibility, and commitment to duties
