GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Operations Manager. The primary responsibility is to perform routine maintenance and cleaning at assigned locations as scheduled in OpenWash, as well as observe and report any issues during visits. This position works closely with the Head Equipment Technician and Operations Manager to ensure all sites operate optimally and minimize downtime.

Essential Functions:

1. Travel between locations to perform scheduled maintenance per OpenWash schedule.
2. Maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance and repairs.
3. Assist with installations at new locations as needed.
4. Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
5. Communicate effectively regarding work and repair status to management.
6. Perform regular cleaning at sites as scheduled.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly communicative team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills and flexibility to attend to after-hours service calls.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment repair.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with contractors and vendors.

Education and Work Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of trade school or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, stand, and walk for long durations.
• Ability to work from a ladder.
• Work may involve non-climate-controlled environments and use of various tools requiring physical activity.
