Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, vacuum, and automation systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and minimize downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Repair and maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, compressed air systems, and production machinery.
• Read electrical schematics, machine drawings, and technical manuals.
• Assist with PLC, sensor, relay, VFD, and control circuit troubleshooting.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and maintain maintenance records.
• Support production teams by responding quickly to equipment issues and breakdowns.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Industrial Maintenance Technician – Glass Manufacturing
Holland, OH

$24 - $34/hr based on skill and experience

1st Shift 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a growing glass manufacturing operation. This position focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment used in glass fabrication and shower enclosure manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial production equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, vacuum, and automation systems.

Diagnose equipment issues and minimize downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Repair and maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, compressed air systems, and production machinery.

Read electrical schematics, machine drawings, and technical manuals.

Assist with PLC, sensor, relay, VFD, and control circuit troubleshooting.

Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and maintain maintenance records.

Support production teams by responding quickly to equipment issues and breakdowns.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work around industrial machinery.

Ability to lift parts, tools, and maintenance equipment as needed.

Comfortable working around glass, electrical systems, compressed air, and production equipment.
