Description : Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Understand control schematics
• Require skills in industrial maintenance, focusing on drives, motor controllers, and electronics
• Inspect, repair, install, and maintain control systems and equipment in an industrial setting
• Collaborate with project managers and team members for smooth operations
• Assemble components
• Conduct inspections to identify control issues and recommend solutions
• Keep equipment operational through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Document repairs using appropriate forms
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience as a Maintenance Tech in manufacturing
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• HS Diploma or GED

Experience:

• At least 3 years as an Industrial Maintenance Technician
• Minimum 1 year control system experience
• Proficient in reading schematics and manuals
• Knowledge of PLCs, inverters, and drives
• Understanding of 480v, 120v, 24v AC power, and difference between AC and DC power
• Ability to identify wire colors and sizes per AWG
• Experience with troubleshooting, plumbing, pneumatic, and HVAC systems (preferred)
• Own tools required
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, and lift over 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
