Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician - 2nd and 3rd Shifts

Shift: 2nd & 3rd
Pay Rate: $25.00 plus shift premium after completing probation
Job Duties
- Utilize equipment to produce quality products efficiently.
- Perform tasks on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot weld controller issues from the substation to welding tips.
- Verify weld quality with Quality Assurance and make adjustments as needed.
- Work with interlocking systems for automated and semi-automated equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLC problems using industrial terminals and PCs.
- Use diagnostic printouts for repair functions.
- Repair sensors, modules, and wiring as required.
- Modify PLC programs by adding or deleting sensors, solenoids, lights, etc., based on provided information.
- Install piping systems for hydraulic and pneumatic needs.
- Fabricate parts from blueprints and verbal or written instructions.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and compasses.
- Work with industrial control systems.
- Perform basic mechanical functions on automated equipment.
- Maintain, repair, and install electrical equipment.
- Operate forklifts and other handling equipment.
- Use maintenance shop tools, power tools, hand tools, volt-ohm meters, digital multimeters, weld scopes, and oscilloscopes.
- Construct cables following recognized standards (RS-232, RS-422, etc.).
- Handle hazardous waste properly.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a team-oriented environment focused on quality goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Keep the work area clean.
Job Requirements
