Maintenance Technician

Location: Euclid and Rocky River (must be able to travel to both)

Hours: 1st shift, typically Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm

Pay Range: $32-$38/hour

This is a direct hire opportunity!

Responsibilities

1. Inspect, maintain, and repair plant equipment to ensure continuous production.
2. Perform preventative maintenance such as fluid changes, filter replacements, and addressing plant issues.
3. Maintain equipment functionality by addressing operator complaints, conducting inspections, and repairing mechanical and electrical failures.
4. Verify equipment serviceability through testing and adjustments.
5. Comply with federal and state hazardous material handling and safety regulations.
6. Maintain equipment appearance through cleaning, washing, and painting.
7. Keep detailed records of services and repairs.
8. Operate shop equipment, troubleshoot breakdowns, and manage supplies for preventative maintenance.
9. Manage costs by utilizing warranties and evaluating service and parts options.
10. Maintain inventory by stocking supplies, placing orders, and verifying receipts.

Skills and Qualifications

1. At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
2. Experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics.
3. Proficiency in 3-phase 480V electrical repairs.
4. Self-motivated and reliable.
5. Boiler maintenance experience is a plus.
6. High school diploma or GED.
7. Pre-employment screening required.
