Job Description
We are searching for skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians and a Lead Maintenance Technician for a direct hire position at a global manufacturer and supplier of highly engineered products, dedicated to shaping, growing, and bettering the RV, marine, automotive, commercial, and building products industries. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. You will be responsible for carrying out these duties in line with safety standards and predictive and productive maintenance systems to help achieve the site's business goals and objectives. The schedule is Monday – Friday.
1st shift - Industrial Maintenance Technician - $27/hr. - $32/hr.
2nd shift - Maintenance Technician Lead - $32/hr. - $35/hr.
High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent education and production maintenance experience.
4+ years of manufacturing experience with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills, including some PLC and HVAC experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written or oral form.
AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
Vacuum furnace experience is a plus.
Perform mechanic skills: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of facility and powered equipment.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust to ensure proper operation.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
Use various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
Operate large equipment for snow removal and material handling, such as front-end loaders, plow trucks, forklifts, and skid loaders.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean, organized work areas.
