Shift: 2nd Shift | Tue–Fri, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (3-Day Weekends!)

About the Role
Keep our plant running at peak efficiency by leading preventive maintenance, solving live production issues, and ensuring product safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Fix mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on equipment.
- Maximize Uptime: Run preventive maintenance and set up lines to eliminate downtime.
- Rapid Response: Perform emergency repairs during production runs.
- Facility Support: Handle general upkeep, including basic plumbing and carpentry.
- High Standards: Follow food safety protocols, safety regulations, and keep shop clean.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3–5 years of industrial maintenance in manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Able to read schematics, work orders, and equipment manuals.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Training in PLCs, Servos, electrical systems, or hydraulics.

- Stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on machinery.
- Maximize Uptime: Execute proactive preventive maintenance routines and assist with line setups to eliminate unexpected downtime.
- Rapid Response: Perform unscheduled, emergency repairs during production runs to maintain output.
- Facility Support: Perform general plant upkeep, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and light infrastructure repairs.
- Maintain High Standards: Partner with Regulatory Compliance on food safety standards while enforcing strict safety protocols and shop cleanliness.
