Industrial Maintenance Technician

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will perform on-site industrial maintenance activities such as tank clean-outs, industrial cleaning, and outages. You will assist in activities related to waste processing and incineration, ensuring safety for human health and the environment.

Essential Functions & Requirements:

• Prioritize health and safety by following policies and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Support the team by taking on additional duties as assigned.
• Prepare supplies, tools, and equipment needed for jobs.
• Clean and scrape the inside of underground chemical storage tanks and assist with waste removal for proper disposal.
• Operate excavation equipment and small hand tools.
• Decontaminate equipment and tools.
• Load, unload, and sample drums as needed.
• Respond to emergency spills.
• Assist BOP personnel when not in the field.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Competencies:

• Regular and predictable attendance to perform role functions.
