We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of production and process equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment, systems, and facilities in a manufacturing environment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Promptly address machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist in installing and inspecting new equipment and servicing installations.
• Support project and renovation work with contractors, vendors, and engineers.
• Operate diagnostic and testing instruments safely, following all safety guidelines including lockout/tagout and PPE.
• Perform light construction tasks such as framing, painting, and plumbing as needed.

Skills for Success

• Experience in an industrial or related environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and physically capable of handling workload.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
• Proficient with hand tools, diagnostic hardware, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Intermediate electrical maintenance knowledge.
