Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. You will maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced glass manufacturing environment.

Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues; performing preventive and predictive maintenance; supporting equipment setups and changeovers to minimize downtime; and documenting maintenance activities with safety

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in mechanical systems maintenance, including bearings, conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic or pneumatic components.
• Experience with basic electrical troubleshooting, including motors, sensors, control panels, and reading wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, use hand and power tools safely, and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Familiarity with industrial manufacturing environments, ideally in glass, metals, or similar production settings.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple maintenance tasks under time constraints.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams, and to document work orders accurately.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in varying temperatures, and to follow all safety, PPE, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems and basic computer literacy is beneficial.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, occasional overtime, and respond to urgent equipment issues as needed.
