Job summary

Yokohama TWS is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facilities in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will assist engineers with data analysis, manage spare parts, and support electrical installations while upholding safety standards.

The role emphasizes independent work, adherence to health and safety regulations, and proactive problem solving in a multi-national plant setting with diverse equipment and automation

Qualifications

• High school or above.
• At least 2 years of electrical safety/mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of quality, environment & occupational health and safety regulations.
• Analytical skills for environment and hazard.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of equipment and facilities, corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Upgrade and modify production equipment; repairs and maintenance.
• Assist engineers to analyze data and prepare documentation.
• Keep records on spare parts consumption.
• Support electrical installations such as lighting, sockets, and distribution boards.
• Ensure safety compliance and respond to emergencies per disaster control plan.

Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment, machines, instruments, and devices of electrical and mechanical components. Diagnosing defects in machinery and equipment, replacement or repairing worn spare parts.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction equipment upgrade and modify, repairs and maintenanceAssist the engineers to analyze data and documents preparation & archive.Keep records on the spare parts consumption. Routine check facility condition in production, warehouses, and officesSupport and repair electrical installations such as lighting and sockets (replacement of worn-out cables, sockets, tube)Maintain electrical installations for ventilation and heating (heating furnace and fans).
