Our client is a global electronics manufacturing company specializing in advanced materials and solutions for the semiconductor, circuit board, and smart surface industries. With approximately 100 employees at their Altoona, PA location, they offer a stable work environment with competitive pay and excellent benefits in a union setting.

What You'll Do:

• Perform comprehensive electrical troubleshooting and repairs on industrial equipment and 480V/3-phase power systems
• Conduct mechanical maintenance, repairs, and optimization to ensure maximum machinery performance
• Execute welding tasks for equipment repair and fabrication needs
• Handle plumbing maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
• Oversee general facility maintenance to maintain a safe, functional work environment
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems, HMIs, and AC/DC drives
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems to maintain optimal operations

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or associate's degree preferred)
• Proven experience with machine control systems and 480V/3-phase industrial power
• Demonstrated knowledge of electronic components (HMI, AC/DC drives)
• Skills in mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license within City of Altoona (highly desired)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule (primarily second shift openings)
• Fork truck operation experience (training provided)

• Shift differentials ($0.55 for 2nd shift, $0.60 for 3rd shift)
