Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for an in-person role with a leading manufacturer specializing in industrial piping and ventilation solutions. The position focuses on maintaining production equipment and reducing downtime.

You will diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, calibrate equipment, and ensure safety protocols. Strong CMMS and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
• Strong understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Knowledge of safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues on production equipment to reduce downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing systems and facility machinery.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment such as press brakes, fiber lasers, sheet metal rollers, and automated welding lines.
• Support facility utilities upkeep, including air compressors, process gas lines, and high-vacuum systems.
• Accurately document work orders and manage spare parts inventory in the maintenance management system.
• Follow strict safety procedures and comply with OSHA and environmental regulations.
