Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc (CVG) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on high-volume automotive components. You will support automated lines, robotics, and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities include hazard prevention, safety compliance, and accurate CMMS record-keeping, with opportunities to lead basic repair tasks and assist in line changeovers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with automated production equipment and robotics strongly preferred.
• Experience or equivalent education with programming and troubleshooting PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain automated assembly lines, stamping equipment, and robotic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on motors, conveyors, presses, gearboxes, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Read blueprints, schematics and manuals to determine repair procedures and faulty components.
• Calibrate, align and balance machines and equipment.
