Job summary

Pennex Aluminum Company in Greenville, PA seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our aluminum casting operations running smoothly. You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and related equipment.

This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, ability to read blueprints and schematics, and commitment to safety. You will work with production teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial setting, preferably aluminum casting.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, blueprints and schematics; knowledge of safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and repair maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Dismantle, install, inspect and test machinery; set up machine tools.
• Calibrate machines to meet production specs and diagnose malfunctions.
• Maintain maintenance records and inventory; support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
