Job summary

Custom Profiles, Inc. is seeking experienced maintenance technicians to keep the plant running on a steady day shift from 8:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday.

You'll handle preventive and corrective work on extruders, downstream lines, and related equipment, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, and reading schematics. Real maintenance experience required; we'll pay based on your skills.

Qualifications

• Real maintenance experience required.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and 3‑phase controls preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and diagnose electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Keep the plant running with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
• Read and interpret schematics; work on motors and drives to restore production.
• Maintain safety and production standards on all tasks.
