Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company in Menomonie, Wisconsin, seeks a Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing facility on the D2 Day Shift (5am–5pm). A $1500 sign‑on bonus is offered.

You will install, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on molding and auxiliary equipment, with focus on PLC & HMI troubleshooting and effective problem solving. Qualified candidates have 1+ year in industrial maintenance, a technical degree in maintenance or related field, and experience with

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance role.
1+ years experience troubleshooting PLC & HMI.
Technical degree in maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

Install, set up, and troubleshoot molding machines, equipment including laser and vision systems.
Diagnose malfunctions using proper test equipment.
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on assembly equipment.
Support process improvements on existing and new equipment.
Maintain HVAC, compressed air, chilled water and heat pump systems.
Support barrel and screw service and maintenance.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
