Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Menomonie, WI facility. The role supports molding machines, equipment, and HVAC systems, with a 5am-5pm shift on D2 Day. A $1500 sign-on bonus is offered.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience and PLC & HMI troubleshooting skills, plus a technical degree in a relevant field. SAP CMMS will be used to access work instructions and log materials.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance role.
• 1+ years experience troubleshooting PLC & HMI.
• Technical degree in maintenance related field or higher.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and troubleshoot molding machines and ancillary equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions using proper test equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on assembly and auxiliary equipment.
• Participate in problem solving and process improvements on equipment.
• Maintain HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, and heat pumps.

Maintenance Technician - SIGN ON BONUS!!!

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our Menomonie, Wisconsin location is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing facility.

Shift: D2 Day Shift: 5am-5pm Red Cedar

$1500 SIGN ON BONUS

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Install, set up, and troubleshoot molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and assembly equipment including laser, vision systems, and serialization
• Diagnose malfunctions through use of proper test equipment
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on assembly equipment and auxiliary equipment
• Participate in problem solving and process improvements on existing and new equipment
• General HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, and heat pump maintenance
• Barrel and screw measurement, service, and maintenance
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Use SAP “CMMS” for accessing work instructions, logging time and materials used

The Experience You Will Bring (requirements)

• 1+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance role
• 1+ years experience troubleshooting PLC & HMI

What Will Put You Ahead

• Maintenance Lead with experience managing preventative maintenance, maintenance teams, and contractors
• Technical degree in a maintenance related field or higher
