Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company in Menomonie, Wisconsin, seeks a Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing facility on the D2 Day Shift (5am–5pm). A $1500 sign‑on bonus is offered.

You will install, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on molding and auxiliary equipment, with focus on PLC & HMI troubleshooting and effective problem solving. Qualified candidates have 1+ year in industrial maintenance, a technical degree in maintenance or related field, and experience with

• 1+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance role.
• 1+ years experience troubleshooting PLC & HMI.
• Technical degree in maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and troubleshoot molding machines, equipment including laser and vision systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions using proper test equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on assembly equipment.
• Support process improvements on existing and new equipment.
• Maintain HVAC, compressed air, chilled water and heat pump systems.
• Support barrel and screw service and maintenance.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our Menomonie, Wisconsin location is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing facility.

Shift: D2 Day Shift: 5am-5pm Red Cedar

$1500 SIGN ON BONUS

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Install, set up, and troubleshoot molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and assembly equipment including laser, vision systems, and serialization
• Diagnose malfunctions through use of proper test equipment
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on assembly equipment and auxiliary equipment
• Participate in problem solving and process improvements on existing and new equipment
• General HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, and heat pump maintenance
• Barrel and screw measurement, service, and maintenance
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Use SAP "CMMS" for accessing work instructions, logging time and materials used

The Experience You Will Bring (requirements)

• 1+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance role
• 1+ years experience troubleshooting PLC & HMI

What Will Put You Ahead

• Maintenance Lead with experience managing preventative maintenance, maintenance teams, and contractors
• Technical degree in a maintenance related field or higher
