Job summary

A. Stucki Company in Pekin, AL seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment supporting safe, reliable manufacturing operations.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, troubleshoot PLCs and electrical controls, read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and document work while complying with LOTO safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs, automation systems, and electrical controls strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and equipment repair.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift and provide support for production operations as needed.
• Technical training, an industrial maintenance certificate, or relevant trade school education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, electrical controls, sensors, and automated equipment to identify and correct faults.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed work.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with production personnel and other maintenance team members to support manufacturing goals.
