Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
5+ years in industrial maintenance or related field.
Expert-level knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation systems.
Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning tools.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

Perform duties of a Level 2 Technician with advanced diagnostics and repairs.
Troubleshoot, program, and support automation technologies including PLCs, HMIs, servos, and VFDs; develop PLC logic as needed.
Lead installation, calibration, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
Develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
Maintain detailed maintenance records and provide technical leadership to junior technicians.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and production on upgrades and improvements.
