Job summary

Loxo in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support production equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and help maintain safe and reliable plant operations.

Openings on 2nd and 3rd shifts with a Monday–Friday schedule; overtime available and wage progression after six months and again after one year. Shift differentials apply to base pay, enhancing overall earnings.

Qualifications

• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair production equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical training is a plus.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Complete equipment repairs and support preventative maintenance activities.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance needs.
• Work with maintenance and production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Follow established plant safety and maintenance procedures.
• Support continuous, reliable operation of production equipment.
