Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC in North Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, install, align, and dismantle industrial machinery. This role includes performing preventive maintenance, recording data in CMMS, and collaborating with operations to prioritize needs.

Qualified candidates will have mechanical maintenance experience in industrial settings and knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

Qualifications

• Mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulics & pneumatics.
• Experience repairing bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, conveyors, rollers, pulleys and shafts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, installing, aligning, and dismantling industrial machinery and equipment.
• Performing preventive maintenance to improve reliability and uptime.
• Recording work results and parts usage in the CMMS.
• Collaborating with operations to prioritize maintenance needs.
• Maintaining maintenance logs and ensuring safety compliance.
