Superior Metal Technologies in Indianapolis is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Tech to handle all maintenance in our 120,000 square foot paint and anodizing facility. You will implement policies, drive continuous improvement, and help sustain high morale and safety.

The role requires at least 2 years in industrial maintenance, experience in metal finishing preferred, and the ability to work on call and perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience in metal finishing production environment preferred.
• On call for after hours as needed.
• Daily breakdown repairs of equipment.
• Communicate inventory/supplies required for daily job.

Responsibilities

• Operate power tools and associated equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Prioritize work based on production needs.
• Assist others as needed.
