Aerotek is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain factory and plant machinery in Carlisle, Kentucky. The role emphasizes minimizing downtime, safety, and reliable production operations on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and coordination with production teams to schedule work orders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance in a factory/plant setting.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read manuals, diagrams and technical instructions.
• Ability to perform repairs and preventive maintenance safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain factory/plant machinery per specifications and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify root causes and fix them.
• Perform timely repairs to restore safe operation and minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on production lines to extend equipment life.
• Document maintenance activities and parts used for accurate records.
• Support safe startup/shutdown during maintenance and changes.
