Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair injection molding systems and auxiliary equipment on the factory floor. You will diagnose issues, repair hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC-driven controls, and ensure continuous operation of molding lines.

The role requires hands-on experience with robotics and programmable controls, plus ability to read drawings and follow safety procedures. This on-site position offers growth and exposure to advanced tooling.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years diagnosing and repairing injection molding machines and secondary equipment.
• Hands-on experience with robotics and programmable controls; troubleshoot and make program edits using proper tools.
• Industrial electrical exposure/knowledge preferred; familiarity with plant machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Own the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of plant machinery, conveyors, and injection molding equipment.
• Use sight, sound, and instruments to pinpoint issues; disassemble, verify dimensions, and replace parts to OEM tolerances.
• Calibrate/adjust controls and instrumentation; test-run equipment to validate performance.
• Service electrical equipment and control panels; maintain quality maintenance records.
• Execute plant safety audits; adhere to OSHA and ANSI procedures.
• Complete work orders and requisitions; manage parts/tools needed to close out repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on primary and auxiliary assets; document in PM logs.
• Provide your own toolkit and deliver repairs promptly to minimize line interruptions.
