Randstad USA in Lenexa, KS is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support high-tonnage injection molding and extrusion equipment. You will perform multi-craft electrical troubleshooting, hydraulic/pneumatic repairs, and preventative maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

This onsite, direct-hire role offers a starting pay of $33.00/hour with a 12-hour day shift on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with high/low voltage electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drives.
• Experience with plastics machinery preferred (injection molding or extrusion).

Aufgaben

• Multi-Craft Troubleshooting: diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical (high & low voltage), hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment using schematics.
• Plastics Machinery Support: maintain injection molding presses, extrusion equipment, resin silos, vacuum systems, conveyors.
• Preventative Maintenance: perform routine PMs, gearbox repairs, component replacements, and minor welding.
• Safety & Compliance: follow LOTO and OSHA standards.
