Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician to join our team in Waukesha, WI. The role focuses on responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance across pumps, motors, PLC and CNC machinery, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and coolant systems.

Typical AWS night shift hours are 6:00pm–6:00am with overtime and schedule variations based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to work in aerial lift or scissor lift up to 30 feet or higher.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot pumps, bearings, blowers, fans, gearboxes, air handlers, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety protocols and maintains a safe work environment.
• Maintains and troubleshoots production equipment.
• Performs quality checks on products.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Performs preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Operates production machines and tools.
• Keeps accurate records of production processes and results.
