Job summary

Hanes Companies seeks a Maintenance- Technician II to maintain facility and manufacturing equipment, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and support continuous improvement projects. The role includes installing and maintaining PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and motor controls, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred in electronics or electrical field.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance calls to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines and worn parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment replacements as needed.
• Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems; read schematics and diagrams.
• Install/maintain PLCs, HMIs, drives, and motor controls.
