Job summary

Lineage in Burien, WA seeks a Maintenance Technician II to support upkeep of our industrial cold storage facility and critical equipment. This role is ideal for individuals with a mechanical mindset who want to grow in facility maintenance and material handling equipment.

You will perform preventive maintenance on MHE such as forklifts and pallet jacks, troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic issues, and maintain facility systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance or building systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold temperatures.
• Certifications such as OSHA 10/30 or forklift/HVAC are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on MHE including electric and propane forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Assist in diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on MHE and building systems.
• Support routine maintenance of facility infrastructure—lighting, plumbing, HVAC, dock doors, racking systems, and general building systems.
• Conduct inspections to identify wear and potential failures on equipment and facility components.
• Maintain clean and safe working areas; assist with snow removal, landscaping, and exterior upkeep.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, inspections, and repairs in the maintenance system.
• Comply with safety procedures; report hazards or safety concerns immediately.
• Collaborate with other technicians and operations teams to ensure continuous warehouse operations.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities, including refrigeration systems and advanced MHE diagnostics.
