Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions in Lithia Springs, GA seeks an Industrial Electrical/Mechanical Technician II to install and maintain production machinery and the plant equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and fabricate parts as needed.

Night shifts can be 5 AM-3:30 PM with weekends and OT as required. The role requires hands-on technical skills, safe work practices, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment; glass industry preferred.
• Prior fabrication experience.
• Prior mig welding experience preferred.
• Control circuit troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of 480V 3-phase/270V/110V/24V.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Able to use multimeter efficiently.
• VFD programming knowledge.
• PLC input/output troubleshooting.
• Experience with CNC control systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Fabricate equipment/parts as needed; Mig welding is a plus.
• Report unusual situations to supervision; detect faulty operations or materials.
• Work weekends and be flexible with shifts.
