Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS and OSHA 10/30 or safety training preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, conveyors, pumps, motors, and production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-based equipment to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
• Interpret and apply mechanical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals accurately and effectively.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance precisely.
• Install and test new machinery, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Partner with engineering, production, and safety teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track equipment performance and propose upgrades or replacements as needed.
• Follow OSHA regulations and uphold company safety procedures at all times.
