Job summary

North American Forgemasters (NAF) is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance position in New Castle, PA. This full-time hourly role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires a strong background in heavy industrial maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of heavy industrial work experience required.
• Hydraulic, electrical and mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Knowledge of operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Clean urine and hair follicle drug screen after offer of employment.
• Commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety rules and regulations and meet safety program requirements.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area per housekeeping policy.
• Complete daily duties including crane and mobile equipment preventive maintenance inspections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems to determine root cause and repair.
• Welding and repair of mobile equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines and equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic etc.).
• Work with power distribution and motor control on 480V systems.
• Provide coverage as needed for other maintenance technicians.
• Work on rotating shifts with required overtime.
• Perform work in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Abide by all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed.
