Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking an industrial maintenance technician to perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, ensuring safe and efficient support to the production team.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, document work orders, and coordinate with supervisors. A technical or trade school background is preferred with strong electrical knowledge and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or Technical/Trade School degree preferred.
• Basic understanding of industrial electricity and energy sources for utilities.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and use diagnostic tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs of equipment in assigned area, following safety policies.
• Troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and document work orders.
• Maintain proper parts inventories and coordinate with supervisors.
• Document maintenance tasks in Proteus and related systems.
• Collaborate with outside contractors on projects and improvements.
