Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Maintenance Technician I for the 2nd shift in Jacksonville, FL to maintain an industrial laundry facility. You will repair, troubleshoot and service washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers, and help maintain preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial repair, ability to read maintenance literature and blueprints, and the stamina to stand long hours. HS diploma or GED is required, with safety and housekeeping duties included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems and components.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and maintain maintenance records.
• Monitor inventory supplies and maintain housekeeping and safety.
• Support indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks as needed.
