You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate with subcontractors for larger projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year industrial maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance/engineering a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Inspect facility, equipment, and appliances to ensure proper functionality.
• Perform routine maintenance and coordinate replacement of damaged or outdated equipment.
• Ensure electrical wiring meets safety and regulatory standards.
• Identify and coordinate with subcontractors for larger repair projects.
• Respond to on-call and emergency maintenance needs.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Support team operations and complete additional tasks as assigned.
