Job summary

Tomorrow RDS, LLC is a growing recycling company with four facilities. The Greenville, NC site seeks a Maintenance Technician to manage the facility’s heavy equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support special projects.

You will work under the Plant Manager, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability of balers, sort lines, loaders, and forklifts with a commitment to quality and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related discipline with 5+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Valid driver license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all heavy equipment including balers, sort line, loaders and forklifts.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) and minor repairs.
• Maintain Maintenance Log daily and manage parts purchasing/docs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Report issues to Plant Manager and assist with special projects.
