Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of general maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environments preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC work.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, tools, and facility systems.
• Repair or replace fixtures, doors, lighting, flooring, and other facility components.
• Maintain shop equipment, tools, and maintenance supplies in good working order.
• Assist with facility modifications, equipment moves, and layout changes.
• Support compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors as needed.
• Document completed work, inspections, and repairs.
