Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Frankfort, IN to keep production and packaging equipment running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with a focus on conveyors, robotics, and automated machinery.

2nd and 3rd shift options are available; on-the-job training and a strong safety culture support career growth in a clean, well-maintained facility with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining industrial production equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems.
• Willingness to train and learn.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on industrial machinery.
• Maintain and optimize conveyors to support efficient material flow.
• Support robotics and automated equipment in manufacturing processes.
• Assist with equipment installations and upgrades for safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480 volts safely.
• Perform basic PLC troubleshooting and communicate findings.
• Work overtime to support production demands.
