Aunt Millie's Bakeries in Sidney, OH is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair PLCs, electrical and mechanical systems across a bakery environment. The role requires adherence to safety and GMPs, and work on 12-hour shifts including Sundays.

The position involves enhancing PM programs, training new technicians, and collaborating with multiple departments. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 2+ years in industrial maintenance; food manufacturing experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical education a plus.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience requested; 5 years ideal, food manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and food safety by following GMPs, OSHA, and regulations.
• Support and enhance the Preventative Maintenance program to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with production, sanitation, engineering, and maintenance teams.
• Organize maintenance shop using 5S principles.
• Learn and use the EAM system.
• Train entry-level technicians and apprentices.
