Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Devens, MA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician focused on facilities. You will maintain electrical and mechanical systems, build infrastructure, and support operations with reliability and safety.

Candidates should have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, read manuals and schematics, operate CMMS, and be willing to work weekends/off-shifts. MA Fireman license desirable; company supports licensing.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience maintaining large industrial equipment.
• Experience in packaging/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and schematics.
• Licensed or willing to obtain Massachusetts Fireman’s License with company support.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain plant infrastructure, including building systems and grounds.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs.
• Train less experienced team members and share knowledge.
• Ensure 5S and safe work practices in all tasks.
