Job summary

Smurfit Westrock, a nonunion corrugated packaging plant in Devens, MA, seeks a Senior Maintenance Tech to keep equipment running to OEM standards. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and work with leadership, operators, vendors and reliability teams to maximize uptime.

The role requires experience with large industrial equipment, strong computer and maintenance-management skills, and the ability to train peers.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience with large industrial equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems and control circuits.
• Experience with EMS, 5S, and maintenance work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Repair high-speed industrial equipment and support uptime goals.
• Lead safety practices and train peers on skillsets.
• Coordinate with leaders, operators, vendors and reliability teams.
