Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Marietta, GA for the 1st shift to repair, upgrade and maintain industrial equipment, primarily overhead crane systems. You’ll be the expert keeping manufacturing operations running smoothly.

This role involves diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, identifying parts and procedures, communicating with customers and engineering, and performing OSHA-aligned safety inspections. PLC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining key industrial equipment in heavy manufacturing environments.
• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform repairs.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems with equipment in heavy industrial manufacturing facilities
• Identify needed parts, repair procedures, communicate with the customer, interface with our engineering department and perform the repair
• Perform documented safety inspections of specific types of equipment in keeping with OSHA guidelines
• PLC experience a plus
