Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in related industrial positions is required.
• Solid understanding of operating, maintaining, and repairing plant machinery and systems.
• Ability to read diagrams, manuals, engineering specs, and manufacturer instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production and facility equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, motors, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and light electrical equipment.
• Use CMMS or maintenance software to document work and prepare maintenance reports.
• Identify sources of mechanical issues by observing equipment and using testing instruments.
• Fabricate and weld using stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum; use a multimeter as needed.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance like oil changes and filters replacement.
• Adhere to safety standards and GMP/Lean principles; maintain a clean, safe work environment.
