Job summary

Castle Builders Supply in the Western, PA region is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep concrete production plants running safely and efficiently. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and repair mechanical and electrical systems, with daily local travel to support multiple sites.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, have 2 years of maintenance experience, and are skilled in MIG/STICK welding, heavy machinery, and electrical diagnostics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years as a maintenance technician preferred.
• MIG/STICK welding proficiency for structural repairs and fabrication.
• Experience with heavy machinery alignment, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics.
• Ability to diagnose and repair 3-phase motors, control panels, switches.
• Industrial plumbing skills for water lines, valves, pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain concrete plant machinery, conveyors, mixers, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures quickly to minimize downtime.
• Inspect equipment daily for hazards and safety concerns.
• Travel locally to multiple production sites using a company vehicle.
