Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering in Missouri is seeking an Industrial Machine Shop Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day manufacturing operations. The role installs, maintains, and repairs machinery and equipment across the facility.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting CNC equipment, improving shop safety, implementing maintenance programs, and supporting building systems. CAD familiarity is preferred, and ITAR compliance may apply to certain duties.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment as needed.
• Maintain and improve the safe working environment on the shop floor and its surrounding areas.
• Establish a proactive and reactive maintenance program.
• Actively participate in the safety program.
• Fill machine oils, empty chip hoppers, sweep/run floor scrubber.
• Clean coolant tanks, burr benches.
• Troubleshoot/repair machines.
• Maintain building systems including lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting.
• Maintain outside, parking lot, and dock area.
