ADDMAN Engineering LLC is seeking an Industrial Machine Shop Maintenance professional to support daily manufacturing operations, installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery across the facility. The role emphasizes safety, proactive maintenance, and hands-on servicing of CNC equipment and shop infrastructure.

Qualified candidates will have experience in manufacturing maintenance, CNC machines, CAD, and a strong safety mindset, with responsibilities spanning shop floor upkeep and facility

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing maintenance/technical role preferred.
• Experience with equipment installs and modifications in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CNC machines preferred.
• CAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot CNC equipment as needed.
• Maintain a safe shop floor and surrounding areas.
• Establish a proactive and reactive maintenance program.
• Participate in the safety program.
• Fill machine oils, empty chip hoppers, sweep/run floor scrubber.
• Clean coolant tanks and burr benches.
• Troubleshoot/repair machines.
• Perform building maintenance including lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting.
• Maintain outside areas, parking lot, and dock area.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of the Industrial Machine Shop Maintenance role is to support the day-to-day activities associated with all aspects of manufacturing operations, including but not limited to installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment throughout the facility.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment as needed
• To maintain and improve the safe working environment on the shop floor and its surrounding areas.
• To establish a proactive and reactive maintenance program.
• To actively participate in our safety program
• Fill machine oils, Empty chip hoppers, Sweep/run floor scrubber
• Clean coolant tanks, burr benches
• Troubleshoot/repair machines
• Building maintenance, Lighting, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting
• Maintain outside, parking lot, and dock area

Requirements

ITAR REQUIREMENTS:

To conform to U.S. export control regulations, the applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Commitment to a safety culture where safety is the first consideration before starting any task.
• Proficient in problem analysis, problem-solving, and successful resolution.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and group communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment in a maintenance / technical role is preferred
• Experience with equipment installs and modifications in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with CNC machines is preferred
• Preferred experience working in CAD
• Preferred additive OEM and FSE experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• The performance of this position will require exposure to the manufacturing areas, where all areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe boots, and other mandatory safety equipment.
• For the most part, ambient temperatures with typical plant lighting and manufacturing equipment are present throughout the facility.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Sit or stand as needed.
• Walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day.
• Reaching above shoulder height, below the waist, or lifting as required to reach documents or store materials throughout the workday.
• Proper lifting techniques required.
• Ability and comfort level to work in small confined spaces while following proper safety protocol.
• Ability to accomplish the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
