Job summary

O’Neal Manufacturing Services (OMS) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain industrial machinery, perform electrical wiring installations, and diagnose issues using test equipment. The candidate will follow safety and quality programs and support rigging and other maintenance tasks across shifts.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and use of welding techniques.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for repairs/diagnostics of processing equipment including CNC and material handling systems.
• Demonstrate mechanical knowledge and safe tool use.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical wiring and fixtures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems using test equipment.
• Ensure wiring connections to circuit breakers, transformers and components are correct.
• Follow safety and quality programs and never bypass procedures.
• Support rigging activities and other maintenance tasks.
