Altium Packaging in Sherman, TX seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on blow molding and packaging equipment, utilities, and facility systems. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and ensure GMP and safety standards are met.

Day shift on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off, overtime as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical maintenance background with preventive maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, technical documentation, and maintenance instructions.
• Must provide and maintain own basic maintenance tools.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safe industrial maintenance practices.
• Work a 12‑hour rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule and overtime as required.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and process issues.
• Install, maintain, and repair blow molding and packaging equipment and conveyors.
• Read manuals and diagrams and document activities in CMMS.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams.
